Are you selling authentic products, are you the official CRWN store?

We are the official authorised local store of CRWN in Australia and all our products are genuine and recently produced by the brand.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take to arrive?

We have delivery points in Sydney and Melbourne, and we use AUS Post for express courier shipping. You can find the specific ETA here.

What should I do if I receive a broken vape?

If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. You can find our return policy here.

How can I make payment?

Orders are paid by direct bank transfer. Card payments, PayPal and buy-now-pay-later services are not available — payment processors restrict vape-related products, which is an industry-wide limitation rather than something specific to us.

Bank details appear on the checkout page and on your order confirmation email. Your order is confirmed once the transfer clears, so paying promptly keeps the dispatch on schedule. If you are unsure whether your transfer has come through, email us with your order number and we will check.
